You asked me to keep you updated on latest polls, etc. for our
conservative SC Senate candidate [and Ron Paul supporter], Bob
Conley - here's the latest:
As I reported last time, Bob was closing the gap with Neocon
Lindsay Graham. I mentioned a private poll showing Bob at 40% -- an
increase of 8 points since an earlier report to you. Graham was
unchanged at just over 50%.
Now I have really exciting news:
The latest Rasmussen poll of South Carolina's U.S. Senate race
shows Lindsey Graham holding at 50% of the vote, while Bob has shot
up to 41% - He is now within 9 points of Graham!
According to Rasmussen, Graham held a commanding +22 point lead
against Bob Conley in July and this poll indicates a tighter race
than expected.
Brigade, it was your contributions to Bob's campaign that helped
get his message out. The more South Carolinians hear about Bob
Conley, the more Graham's lead evaporates.
And it looks like Graham is getting nervous. Now he wants to debate
Bob, after ignoring him for months.
We are on the verge of pulling off the Nation's biggest upset in
November. A Ron Paul/Buchanan Brigader is the U.S. Senate!!

Wootage! First off Graham was ignoring Conley here in South
Carolina. Now the "head-up-the-butt-of-the-commander-hopeful" has
decided his numbers are falling faster than the market and has
agreed to a debate in October. This will be broadcast via the SC
Education stations.

I sent him a few bucks last night from NC. Go Bob! This is
wonderful news! I hope the the C4L members will work hard to get
him elected. What an awesome exchange it would be to replace a
Neo-Con with a Ron Paul Democrat! I'm hoping that the Ron Paul
Republicans & Democrats will really have a strio]g showing in the

He's been shunned by the DNC so we can't expect the radical left to
help out. The best way to get name recognition is to increase
fundraising. Bob Conley represents everything South Carolina
conservatives claim to. The biggest obstacle is the money and the
media.
